Please note that we can only take back the goods if there are no signs of use. In addition, the security seal must not be removed under any circumstances.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or an item does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days to the above delivery address for returns. The period begins with the delivery of the goods.
We will always refund goods returned within the time limit, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you and provided that they meet the following conditions.
Please note that we can only accept unused items. The product must not show any signs of use and the security seal must not have been removed.

Please do not send the product back to us freight collect! The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. Please get a return receipt and keep it in a safe place to prove your return in case of loss. After your return has arrived at our logistics center, it will usually be processed within 1-2 business days. If you have been waiting for your return for more than 5 days, please contact us at support@forage-clothing.com. For orders with the payment methods PayPal and credit card, we instruct the payment through the respective provider to the account used by you.
