If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or an item does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days. The period begins with the delivery of the goods.
Please note that we can only accept unused items. The goods must not show any signs of use and the security seal must not have been removed.

Germany, Austria & Switzerland: No printer required. You will receive a QR code for the return, which you can use to conveniently drop off the package at any DHL branch.
The DHL return shipping costs are 4,90 € within Germany, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning from Austria or Switzerland, you can choose your own shipping method or use our DHL labels at the cost of 9.90 (Austria) or 14.90 (Switzerland).
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After reviewing the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus return shipping costs) - according to the payment method you have chosen. The processing and refund can take up to 7 business days.
